The kitchen becomes architecture: between functionality and the poetry of nature

The centerpiece of one of the flagship store’s display windows is the island kitchen clad in large ceramic slabs with a stone effect from the Natural collection, in the White color, launched during the latest edition of Cersaie. The collection is inspired by white limestone, translating its tactile and visual richness into a ceramic material that is durable, functional, and versatile, used not only for indoor and outdoor flooring and cladding, but also in furnishings.

For this MDW, The kitchen becomes architecture makes tangible the poetry of nature, subtly vibrating within ultracontemporary lines and sculptural volumes. Through its skillful alternation of solids and voids, the volumetric complexity of the island contrasts with the purity of the office area, characterized by rational and essential lines.

This project represents an evolution in the aesthetic journey of the Via Statuto Penthouse. The large apartment designed by Italgraniti Group within the showroom finds a new balance also in the living area. Here, the scenographic materiality of the double suspended bookcase clad in Calacatta Viola acts as an architectural backdrop and a chromatic counterpoint. The result is a deep dialogue between surfaces, colors, and proportions that defines the entire space, celebrating the harmonious meeting between formal rigor and the nobility of materials.

Italgraniti Flagship Store: between exhibition space and contemporary living

On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2026, the showroom on Via Statuto hosted two new installations designed by art directors Andrea Parisio and Giuseppe Pezzano. Inside and outside the exhibition space, furnishings clad in large ceramic slabs took center stage. The Milan flagship store of Italgraniti Group once again became a key reference point for visitors to Milan Design Week.

The two new installations offered the opportunity to appreciate the Group’s latest products, interpreted through a precise design vision: as a field of experimentation where materials, architecture, and contemporary languages meet. The renewed exhibition spaces take center stage within an evolutionary path that conceives the showroom as a creative and dynamic environment, capable of expressing the company’s aesthetic research and offering new perspectives on contemporary living.
