Reports and suggestions
Aware that a whistleblowing system (reports and suggestions) contributes to spreading the culture of ethics and legality within the organization, increase transparency in the management of activities and increase staff participation in company life and a greater sense of belonging, by overcoming employees' fears of retaliation on the grounds of reporting and eliminating the risk that communication will not be taken into account, ITALGRANITI GROUP has implemented its own whistleblowing system to carry out the reports provided for, respectively:
- The crimes provided for by Legislative Decree No. 231/01 which include corruption, violation of laws, the commission of criminal offences, maladministration, etc.
- Discrimination and harassment in the workplace with particular reference to gender equality policies;
- Hazards to which workers may be exposed:
- Environmental incidents such as emissions, spills, etc.
- Improper use of personal data;
- Behaviour or irregularities to the detriment of ITALGRANITI GROUP
