2022 was a pivotal year, after the change of statute to Benefit Company, the Group achieved two important goals: the B Corp certification, considered the gold standard of corporate sustainability and the certification on gender equality, a key element in overcoming all forms of discrimination.
Between 2020 and 2022 the Group invested a total of 34 million euros. To make an effective contribution to building a more eco-sustainable future, EUR 8 million has been allocated to industry 4.0 technologies, which have reduced the environmental impact of the entire production process.
