Private Villa in Rome

This newly built single-family villa, designed by AD THILE Architettura & Design, is a contemporary residential project that focuses on the dialogue between architecture, interior design and landscape, enhanced by natural light and tactile materials.

On the ground floor, the open-plan living area and the bespoke kitchen feature Italgraniti ceramic surfaces – Origins collection, chosen for their realistic material effect and the elegance of stone-inspired tones, in perfect continuity with the overall project palette.

In the bathrooms and outdoor areas, including external paving and the pool area, the Nuances collection was used, ideal for ensuring visual continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces, high technical performance and resistance to weather conditions, while maintaining refined chromatic research.

Custom-made furnishings, a monolithic wooden staircase and large openings screened by adjustable louvers complete a home designed to experience light and landscape in every season, with an essential and coherent architectural language.
