Newton Residential Building

In the Kop Zuidas district of Amsterdam, The Newton is a contemporary residential project designed by Diederendirrix Architects, comprising 101 apartments conceived according to principles of energy efficiency and living quality.

For the common areas and entrance spaces, the Decoro Bricco from the Terre collection by Italgraniti Group was selected: a ceramic wall covering with a strong material character that dialogues with the building’s brick architecture. The three-dimensional texture and warm surface tones help create welcoming and sophisticated environments, enhancing the relationship between light, material, and architectural detail.
