The involvement and listening to their needs strengthens the relationships between ITALGRANITI GROUP and the territory in which it acts. Stakeholder expectations, perceptions and priorities influence the Group’s strategy, and therefore also the definition of economic and socio-environmental objectives.

At the beginning of 2023, the process of obtaining the UNI/pdr 125:2022 certification on gender equality was completed. Italgraniti Group is the first Italian ceramic group to obtain it, crossing a decidedly ambitious goal, given the clear male prevalence that has always characterized the ceramic sector.
