Laminated panels: the innovative UltraCladding system combines the benefits of the external coat with the extraordinary technical characteristics of porcelain stoneware.
WHAT IS ULTRACLADDING
UltraCladding is the innovative coat system for glued facades in which the EPS insulation is pre-accoupled to the porcelain stoneware slabs. With this system that combines the benefits of the external coat with the extraordinary technical characteristics of porcelain stoneware, Italgraniti Group allows to cover the facade quickly and easily
What makes UltraCladding unique is the double safety system: the ceramic slab, in fact, is applied to the EPS panel, which is anchored to the building both by bonding with double coating (of the insulating panel and the wall support) than by means of mechanical safety anchors. In this way, the risk of module detachment due to glue-related problems is reduced to zero.
Thanks to UltraCladding the same porcelain stoneware finish characterizes the entire facade of the building. In fact, the system includes special pieces, such as window sills and window covers.
The EPS panel is available in 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 cm thick and is compatible with all Italian plates size 60x120x0,9 cm. The joint between the panels is about 4 mm.
THE ADVANTAGES OF ULTRACLADDING
THE ADVANTAGES OF ULTRACLADDING
UltraCladding reduces the number of hours of use of the heating system, allowing you to save fuel and reduce pollutant emissions. In addition, it eliminates thermal bridges, all those areas of the building envelope (such as external edges, walled pillars, window perimeters) in which it is easier to form damp spots and mold.
APPLICATION
1. Verificare la planarità del supporto
murario con una staggia da 250 cm ed
una livella a bolla.
2. Nel caso sia presente un muro intonacato
verificare la tenuta dello strato superficiale,
e se necessario, eliminare e ripristinare i
punti critici.
3. Fissare il profilo di partenza al supporto
murario in maniera perfettamente planare
tramite appositi tasselli a testa piana. Si
consiglia di tenere una distanza dal terreno
di circa 5 cm.
4. Preparare il collante con classificazione
C2TES1 ed applicarlo tramite una spatola
dentata da 10 mm con la tecnica della
doppia spalmatura.
6. Applicare le staffe in acciaio sul lato
sinistro del pannello in modo da collegare
tutti i pannelli.
7. Attendere l’asciugatura del collante e
rimuovere i livellatori
8. Infine applicare lo stucco poliuretanico e
pulire accuratamente la facciata.
