As part of MDW 2025, Italgraniti Group contributed its ceramic surfaces to the exhibition organized by Elle Decor Italia inside the 18th-century Palazzo Bovara to celebrate the magazine’s 35th anniversary. The rooms of the neoclassical palace explored the evolution of design through the "Alchemica" project curated by Patricia Urquiola’s studio.

The exhibition-installation at Palazzo Bovara
The "Alchemica" installation narrated the metamorphosis of domestic spaces by intertwining Elle Decor’s vision with the metaphor of alchemy—an ancient practice exploring the transformation of matter as both a physical process and a symbol of growth and change.
The exhibition, structured around the three fundamental phases of the alchemical process —"Nigredo", "Albedo" e "Rubedo" — offered a poetic and intuitive reflection on the evolution of living spaces: a manifesto projecting the home into a future shaped by the transformations of our time.
The large slabs and Listello Tratto from Italgraniti’s Nuances collection were featured in this prestigious project by designer Patricia Urquiola, once again establishing themselves as key elements in the world of contemporary architecture.
